Three of our newer lifters had a great day in Modesto a few weeks back at the USPA Norcal Powerlifting Championships. Thanks to everyone for going to support the team and for another great meet by the USPA.
Miz 198 single ply : 584 squat, 358 bench (tying my best bench, almost strongest girl 
), 540 deadlift . Strong PR total in his second performance with the Diablo team!
Jeff 220 Raw: 380 squat, 286 bench, 573 deadlift. PRs across the board for a PR total.
Joe SHW masters Raw: 573 squat, 413 bench, 584 deadlift. Congratulations to Joe for his first contest bench over 400lbs. Joe also achieved the #8 total for the year in the masters Raw division.
Look for another big showing from Diablo lifters in February!
