Team Diablo had a great day in Fresno at the 58th annual Ironman Powerlifting Championships. We came home with 3 1st place wins and 2 best lifter awards. Josh also won Mr. Ironman by competing unopposed in the pose down portion at the end of the day. Way to take one for the team!
Natalie had a great day taking 1st place in the women’s open 165 class. She finished with a 236 squat, 131 bench, and 286 deadlift for 653 total.

Hillary also performed well getting her 4th weight class elite with a total of 1014 via 402, 209, 402. She also won first place in the women’s open 148 class and best lifter

Josh had a huge day with PR’s in all 3 lifts with 567, 413, 475. Josh also won his weight class, 198, and was best lifter in the teen/ junior division.
