Location: the land of the ice and snow | So, for the past two DL training days I've been having issues with my right palm. When I pulled two weeks ago my right palm felt like it was torn or something by the time I got to my last 3 attempts. It's not killing my grip strength, but it hurts like hell when I pull or when I push on it. It's pretty much the center of my palm. No, Jason, it's not masturbation related. Just wondering what some (Chuck, Ted, Suzette) might think. |

Location: Santa Cruz | Dayan I think i have experienced the same thing which I believe is caused by a pulled or bruised muscle in the palm which seems to happen to me if I hold a dl at the top for a bit. Usually heals itself in my exprience |

| Agreed with Chuck, if it is a bruised muscle which doesn't always show on the skin, you can try using apple cider vinegar on it to help it heal quicker. Dampen a paper towel or old piece of cloth with the apple cider vinegar, then apply it over the sore area, leave it on for at least 4 hours or overnight. YOu can repeat this daily or every other day to help it to heal.
YOu will need to use a glove or ACE bandage or something to hold the thing in place on your palm.
HOpe this helps! |
