hypers, abs, done.

felt ok..... ankle didn't really hurt during the squats.

unfortunately, it turns out that my ankle is doing the whole "2 steps forward, 1 step back" thing. My ankle feels pretty good until the day after a lower body workout.

Going to choose my workouts wisely.
