Diablo Barbell Gym in Concord, CA is the premier strength and conditioning training facility in the Bay Area. We have turned many average people into elite level Powerlifters, high school and collegiate bench warmers into starters, average high school athletes into scholarship recipients, and up and comers into national or world champions.
Three of our newer lifters had a great day in Modesto a few weeks back at the USPA Norcal Powerlifting Championships. Thanks to everyone for going to support the team and for another great meet by the USPA.
Team Diablo had a great day in Fresno at the 58th annual Ironman Powerlifting Championships. We came home with 3 1st place wins and 2 best lifter awards. Josh also won Mr. Ironman by competing unopposed in the pose down portion at the end of the day. Way to take one for the team!
